^LOL, Anon, I remember when I had that same problem. I had no clue where the lips loveseat was from. It turns out it's one of the items you get with the Dr. Pepper promos. You basically have to buy a Dr. Pepper, get a code from it, register it and then you can get the stuff.
But there is a way to bypass that. Someone on simscave was really nice to make a post where she uploaded individual objects. I always prefer this method as opposed to one huge package because you don't always want but one or two items. The link is below:

Although the sofa is in .package format already, it still is in EA's protected format. You do NOT have to decrapify it, but to remove the protected format, you do need to drag the file over Pescado's s3rc. A black box will flash and that's when it's done. Then you can plop it in your packages folder like you would any other package file.
