  1. That furniture set will be great for Man Cave jobs when REnovating. A ton of identical shirts with a minor difference cluttering CAS, though? No thanks.

    Liking the male hair.

  8. And thus the reason for the last off topic thread. It was about naming 5 things you would take if you were deserted on a desert island. Some cute stuff, some of it meh. Just don't want to give EA anymore money. I agree also with the peggy hair theft...shame on EA! :)

It serves her right. First of all, Peggy uses daz/poser meshes and then charges for content. Second of all, even if she did make all her own meshes, any content she makes belongs not to her, but EA. Third of all, it is still against the EULA to charge for Sims content and just because they haven't gone after offenders doesn't mean they won't throw the book at people like her if they try to claim theft.

Where is Peggy's fake interwebs lawyer now?

  10. EA has always "borrowed" from CC creators without giving credit, since TS1 days. You forget, they own the format that creators are producing in.

  12. I am loving the retro 40's pinup hairstyle it looks much better than the base game one

  13. Another pile of amphibian shit to waste money on, i gonna YAAAAARGH it

  14. Its attached because the high waisted pants are higher that the bottom cut off point, is that or "hello clipping issues".

Then again, expecting people to think before they "BAWWWWWWWWW" is a bit too much these days.

  15. There is also a bedroom set that is not pictured here that is Awesome! Best bed ever IMO and some great deco items to go with it. Also most of the new hairs look pretty good in game. I love the new hockey table.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Will some kind soul post the link to just the hockey table? I know the entire set is posted on MATY but my connection is slow and 80 MB is a lot when you only want one item. :/

  17. Ugh! More EA hair crowding my CC hair.

Don't we have most of this new stuff from the base game? The capris, that first swimsuit (only EA added a bow), and the tank top? This stuff is not 'varied' enough for me.

    Eat a dick, EA.

  18. If EA "ripped off" a Peggy hair, I hope they fixed it first...

I just spent an hour testing Peggy hairs I have in my game and 99% of them are borked (with the exception of 1 I tested). If you put her hairs on your Sim and then use the "Eye Corner Height" slider, the entire top of the head moves up and down instead of just the eye corners. I always wondered why Peggy's hairlines looked so fucking weird, and now I know.

    Read more about it here:

  19. Oh, and Peggy's sideways braid is borked, too:

  20. Thanks so much, Claeric, for the explanation. Peggy makes me fucking sick. I know that so many (if not all) of her hairs had the problem of switching to a random hair when the Sim is naked. I'd also seen others say that Peggy does the bare minimum to make her stuff usable in game, but I had no idea until now that that meant hairs borking the eye corner height slider, which is a major problem.

To anyone else who has Peggy hairs that I don't have, you might want to test yours, too. I know she released a couple hairs this week but I didn't download either of them and I'm really glad I didn't.

  21. I think Peggy is a wonderfull artist, but she has laziness. And make the same thing for all her things...She copys unnecessary texture files for all her things, don't make all LODS...So she has talent but don't make the things with love :/

    Manifestation?
Why we don't send tons of mails for her with this issues?

    I will do this now!

If someone want know some of her issues:
    *unnecessary texture files
*All lods are the same in child/toddler hair and only have two in the adult's version.Game meshes have 4 lods.
*We can't move the eye slider without having a "hair mover".
*She always use only white people for her models.

    HER MAIL

And well...She don't make only independent files with independent programs. If you can, dowload her first lipstick (sims 3) and open with s3pe,extract the files. You will see xmls and one thumb made with tsrWORKSHOP.

  22. Oh new sets to spend our nonexistent free ambitions sim points on. Thanks EA.

    ReplyDelete
  23. I didn't think the free sim points would last long.

I really like the "It's Game Time" set. The rest, meh.

  24. That's a bummer about the swimsuits :( I really like the Hawaiian shirts, though. Which hair is the Peggy knockoff? They all look like they could be one, I can't tell :P

  25. o noes i dropped my box o tamponz into da toilet

  26. I was never into store stuff.
I don't like the hair that much, but I must admit I like the soccer set! :3

"She always use only white people for her models."

    LOL, Tumtum! XD

Well, I think this is not really an "issue", just her personal taste.. this doesn't make her a racist or stuff like that.

(Also..I never bought anything from her, so I really don't know if I should email.. -_-'' )

  27. "Then again, expecting people to think before they "BAWWWWWWWWW" is a bit too much these days"

How the hell could I have known? I actually went to download and then found out that it was a whole outfit. Anyway, they're EA, the people who made the whole game and I highly doubt they couldn't bypass some minor clipping issues. BUT they're EA, like I said so I should know better to be satisfied with what they give, as there's always a nasty catch.

How do you install stuff from your site? I used the launcher but it says installation failed.

I extracted them with sims 3 multipack installer, as .package file, but my game stops loading.
