the dress in the second picture's mesh looks very similar to traelia's april strapless sundress...
I think I like that pouffy dress. It looks like it is traelia's mesh. Hopefully they got permission to use it.
It's traelia's mesh but it is not included, you have to go to mod the sims to get it.
